Peace Activist, Pontus Yannis Vasilis Yaylalı in custody

Gülyazı’s Most Important Home and  it was Gülyazı’s heart!*
This morning at 03.00 am curfew began in Gülyazi and Roboski .  After the curfew at 07.00 am a Turkish Military group came for search Meral Geylani and Yannis Vasilis Yaylalı’s house. Meral and Yannis Vasilis been Roboski almost four years whom peace activists and members of the Association of Conscientious Objection. A military oficer first red the search warrant. Warrent  was saying that after the search  if they found a proof of that Meral and Yannis Vasilis could ve rasted for supporting and being a  member the terrorist organization.
The search took 3 hours prosecuter found roboski associations booklets. First prosecuter told the soldiers it was legal to have have the Roboski association booklets.
After a few phone calls, a miltary officer told that they will only detaine Yannis Vasilis Yaylalı. Soldiers search result lasted 3 hours and they took some papers and signs for proof of the claimed crime. 3 years ago Meral and Vasilis’s started a petition for Roboski to say “We do not want Military Justice in Roboski” The officers took some samples of related petition signature sheets, banners and made Roboski every week Thursday Rating Press text, Lollipops with banners and leaflets about the campaign were made regarding other actions as criminal samples . Also they took a published in Aram presshouse book about Murat Karayilan, Two small pictures of two YPG martyrs funeral pictures were added to the list as a criminal offense.
10.00 am in the morning Yannis Vasilis Yaylalı taken in custody to Gülyazı military base. No news heard from him until 4.00 pm afternoon. He is taken to the Uludere justice House and a human rights association lawyer askorting him .
*During the research one of the  officer said  activist’s house was “Gülyazı’s Most Important Home and which was Gülyazı’s heart!*
